Carson Village Apartments

The new owners, Jason and Lily De Leon, are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and moving in was very a very smooth transition. The apartments used to be known for being really sketchy, but they have completely turned it around into a safe, kid friendly area. I just moved in a couple weeks ago and the apartments are very nice on the inside as well. They have totally remodeled inside the buildings and hopefully, with time, Carson Village Apartments will gain a new reputation for being a truly nice place to live. Another really big thing is they have tried their best to make sure the rent is as affordable as possible especially with a lot of people struggling to get by in today’s economy.

We recently moved in and we love it! The landlords are very gracious and welcoming. You can tell they’re pouring everything they have into making it a comforting and safe place to live. Our neighbors have all been very friendly and the grounds themselves are very clean. The landlords are very understanding with pets and any other inquiries. I would definitely recommend living here, by far one of the nicest places I’ve lived.

The upgrades have been beautiful. Location is what I love the most about Carson Village Apartments. It's less than ten minutes to the Gifford Pinchot north, and the same for the great Columbia river south. Being surrounded by trees makes the mornings a symphony of birdsong. When I lived there, both Bald Eagles and Red Tailed hawks circled the perimeter and owls flew down High Bridge Road as if was their own. I love the way Carson is growing and offering more services, like restaurants and stores. All within walking distance from the Carson Village Apartments. There are so many reasons why it's location is great!

These apartments were my first home on my own. They will always hold a special place in my heart. It was such a great experience and I can't say enough about them. Beautiful, newly renovated, and safe. Jason, the landlord, was always there to help with anything we need and was always always directly available. Great place to start a new family or continue the journey with one you've already created!

The roofs don't leak. Any unit that is rented out is remodeled. The units that aren't rented out are soon to be remodeled also. It's a work in progress. New Management is definitely making living here better. Every day. And working hard at it. All the neighbors are great. It's quiet (besides the noise of remodeling) but progress every day. I could go on and on.
