Casas Unicas Apartments

Apartments themselves are ok. Management is trash though. I have to submit multiple maintenance requests for anything to get done they love saying its been completed when it never is. No one even comes they just mark it as complete. They dont have a landline so good luck getting in touch with anyone but they love to text you about the latest fee they plan on charging. Moved in to an infestation shoutout to the pest control they are the only ones that actually answer request in a timely manner. Not a fan of the management team for sure but considering the area i guess its to be expected. Neighborhood in general is actually ok though pretty quiet for the most part. Use to be OK Town homes but now they are problems, nothing get fixed on a timely schedule, parking is a issue unless u want to pay $50 for parking. I put in work orders for lights not working in one of the bedroom last year and never got fixed. Had people to come and check the foundation and cut a big hole in the floor on Feb 12th, 2023 and as of March 1, it's still there no one came to fix it the septic broke and the whole apwas smelling like sewage really bad. Had me coughing, couldn't breath, the Manager don't know how to communicate correctly, say she will do something and don't do it, too much rent for them Raggedy apartments. Glad I'm gone! Not worth it!!

I want to shout out the maintenance team! This is an honest and recent review. I moved into Casas in Decemebr of 2023, I love my townhome I love the fact that every small or major issue I have had has been addressed accordingly and timely...maybe the next day if not the same the guys are there fixing and resolving every problem! They are all kind, courteous, and professional! Coming from another place where they had only 1 guy for a 250+ unit community, I'm very happy with the promptness and due diligence the CI Maintenance team has done into making my townhome even better and more functional!!

My aunt has lived here since September and her dishwasher hasn’t worked since then and she has continuously told the manager, and the manager hasn’t done anything to fix it. None of the outlets in the second bedroom work there is literally no electricity in that room since mid February you have to run an extension cord from the bathroom to the room to be able to turn on the light or a TV and to top it off she has had a rat issue since December manager keeps saying she fixed it but yet rats continuously keep destroying my aunts personal property and the manager has done NOTHING about it. Keeps saying she’s going to get back to her with an answer and never does and when you try to call her, she never answers. Have tons of videos and pictures of all the damages the rats have done and manager

Despite the sketchy neighborhood, and the homeless zombie squad that walks the streets at night, these apartments aren't that bad. They're reasonably priced the outside has been painted and updated, and the insides are nice with wood floors. 1 thumb up
