Casa Valencia and Casa Blanca apartment complex has been through three management. Ariana he is one of the staff that stayed behind to work with the new management. At the same time she became management and took over both apartment complex. Destiny came and to assist Ariana. Ariana and destiny have a lot on a plate but through the midst of it all they still are able to help everyone that come in the office. They both have been helping me with my apartment complex at Casa Valencia. The challenges that they go through they make it so easy for you to come to get a resolution of your problem. They have wonderful customer service, respect for every person that comes in the office, and they treat everybody like family. From the initial call to this complex I spoke with Chris he was super professional and informative. I made an appointment with Chris,once I arrived at the complex only to assist my daughter with her leasing process we were greeted by Amy. The experience went up because she talked us through everything and helped me feel at ease as a mother with the true passion she has for this property and the up-keep of it, as I was overwhelmed by a bad experience at a non-related complex so having these two provide such an exception experience blew me away….Just from the personality of them even if I did not like the unit (which we do) I would’ve chose the complex just based upon the customer service provided. I have been here 10 months and have dealt with roaches, mice, electric problems (stove/oven/a/c) going out every other month & now a gnat infestation. I am so fed up and sick because not only am I forced to live here but my children to. Maintenance fixes things on their own time. The dry rotted wood falling from my windows is causing the gnats because when it rains my windows flood the apartment from leaks and water leaks inside the walls to. If you have small children just go anywhere but here. The list of problems goes on section 8 has since deemed the property unhabitable as my unit has failed inspection 3 times. And management has yet to respond or contact housing.

I do not recommend that you come to live here, shabby apartments, bad service with the managers in the office, super high electricity bills, you will never pay less than $350 a month, right now we do not have hot or cold water, we need to shower or use the bathroom. cook and we can't due to lack of water they didn't even warn us terrible service here homeless people everywhere day and night An insecurity for the neighbors who live here house Valencia

I love this Apartment and all that it has to Offer. I'm seeing a lot of complaints about infestation. I am not experiencing any of these situations. Bianca, and the staff are friendly and I feel that if All residence did there part as far as Putting the Trash in the Trash Can and Pick up after themselves it would not be that bad.
