If I could give 0 stars, I would. Casa Serena has been the most unprofessional, disorganized, and infuriating management I’ve ever dealt with — especially when it comes to my security deposit. I moved out in mid-May 2025. It is now late November, and I am still chasing money they owe me. First, they tried to take money out of my deposit for “damage carpet cleaning” and “damage painting” even though their own move-out inspection said: No damage to the carpet Walls in good condition When I questioned it, they suddenly changed the story and called it “routine carpet cleaning” and “touch-up work.” In other words, they tried to pass normal wear and tear and standard turnover costs off as “damages” so they could dip into my deposit. They also slapped on a flat $225 “standard cleaning fee”

Outstanding Service and Great Team! I’ve had a wonderful experience with the apartment office team here. I stayed for a short duration but from the very beginning, they’ve been friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was answering questions during the leasing process or handling maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. The office staff is welcoming and professional (Paul and Jenny)—they truly make you feel like a valued resident, not just another tenant. It’s clear they care about the community and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. If you're looking for a place where the management actually listens and follows through, I highly recommend this community!

I absolutely love living at Casa Serena! It’s such a peaceful and serene place with beautiful landscaping. This year, under the new management of Kenya and Paul, they’ve done an incredible job. They’re so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they support the community, like giving backpacks to the kids for when they start school. They’ve also upgraded the laundry room, the gym is spotless and has everything you need, and the pool is always well-maintained and perfect for summer days. And guess what? Casa Serena is right across all the stores I need! Lucky’s, CVS, Tandoori’s Pizza, Haircut Headquarters, and so much more. The location is perfect for me as a mom because there’s a park here and another across the street for my child to play at. Plus, the Centerville Libr

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been renting for almost 2 years now and the price for these apartments is ridiculous! For how old and cheap these apartments are. We had to have maintenance come in and out of our apartment on a regular basis to fix so many things because it’s was really old and not maintained when we moved in here. Management doesn’t care about their tenants or any complaints you have at all either. I’ve gone into their office and left emails to express my concerns/complain about certain issues we’ve been dealing with and it all falls on deaf ears. Save your money and time and find somewhere else better.

Thank you so much! Paul was a great help so much and was able to get me and my partner set up and a new place to call home. Definitely recommend this area as it’s very beautiful quiet and calm. Thank you to the leasing team. And my highest regards to Paul for being a excellent help.
