Casa San Luis Apartments

Theirs is no mail box in these apartments, the manager is lying saying they already ordered new ones and it's been more than 6 months. No point of living here since you need mail for taxes and medical bills

I love living here , everything is a lot better since new management has taken over,Jessica and Tomas are very helpful.

One of my favorite things about living here is how quiet and peaceful it is, even though it’s so close to Love Field and major roads. The neighbors are friendly, and the property is well-maintained. The management team is also really responsive—any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally.

Outstanding Management at Casa San Luis. My husband and I recently leased at Casa San Luis, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Jessica Lopez, the manager. From start to finish, Jessica has been exceptional. She has consistently been communicative, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and always approached with a smile. She was very patient and understanding. Her professionalism and genuine care made the leasing experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all the effort Jessica has put into helping us and making Casa San Luis feels like home already. She is a true asset to the community and the management team!
