I guess that you can only check your mail and do the laundry during office business hours! Not only that, they have 'sent away' the FedEx, USPS and UPS delivery telling them NOT to deliver on Saturday! This is a big nuisance when you get medication or anything delivered normally on Saturday. Just open the lobby....

That is a horrible place to live. The management is constantly harassing and always doing inspections. She wants to evict my sister over chalk and pillows all because she doesn’t like her than turns around and says it’s for something else. The management is also charging an elderly woman an extra 50 dollars to let her stay. The management harasses little kids and elderly people just because no one is willing to stop what she’s doing. Management yelled at my kid for playing with the pillows in the clubhouse and when I walked up to them to see what was going on she ran into her office. She got fired from another apt complex for doing the same things she’s doing now. Talk about thick and and dumb. I hope she gets fired.

I wish I never moved into this place! Its a joke & my direct neighbor is a nosy rosy, plus she's also a horter, her patio looks like a dump for flowers, but nothing ever gets done about it!! Then when we want to clean up the old leaves from under the rocks, they won't allow us to, BC the yards do not belong to us & the landscaping doesn't want us touching it, dirty leaves gotta stay! Its disgusting!! I can't wait to find something better than this unfair & disgusting place!!

They opened it 2006 as apartments for seniors and disabled people. Now they're saying they never were Senior Apartments. Ridiculous. I know people who were invited guests to the grand opening on August 6th, 2006. There was an article in the newspaper. The present manager seems to have a vendetta against the elderly and/or disabled and is constantly threatening them with eviction. I know because I have been a victim many times! Thank God for legal aide.

A terrible place to live. For a building with over 20 units there are only 6 parcking spaceship n nothing being done about it.dont they know this only brings mice n farrel cats which are using dirt in front of my bedroom window for litter box. N reporting it to no avail. Nothing gets done.i cant double park n unload groceries because i get told many times not to park just to unload or run in n out of my appartment. When everyone else is allowed to. They definately play favorites when it comes to rules n regulations and 2 are handycap.when i first moved in freezer went out n no attempt to rembersts for my oss of frozen food. Tenants upstairs throwing food and cat food on sidewalks in front of my door n sidewalk in front
