Lived here for three years, plenty of space and good people. The manager Natalie is really great and has been a big help throughout my time here

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jasmine at Casa Pointe Villas. When I called to inquire about available properties, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful over the phone. I decided to visit the office in person, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, Jasmine was still stand-offish and hesitant to help me. She made me feel judged, and I was simply trying to get some information. The star rating was difficult because if I were rating based on my first experience, it would be a 1, but after my second experience, I would rate it a 5. I recently had the pleasure of working with BO the property’s maintenance for some needed repairs around my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and very respectful of my space. He quickly assessed the issues and explained everything in a clear, understandable manner. Not only did he fix the problems efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. I lived at the community for about two years and I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmin 😊 so blessed to have have meet her overall, she is a very nice respectable person never had any problems always help me out just love her a very Christian woman, and you can’t find too many Christian women in that position. I trust her with my personal information because I knew it was in the right hands and I still keep in touch with her even though I’ve moved that’s how she touched my heart
