Casa Place Apartments

Manager is very unprofessional and rude, there is never space to park, the towing will tow you’re car even if you have the apartment sticker and even if you are parked correctly, to many bedbugs and rats and roaches, they never want to come and fix anything takes them months to do it! There gates don’t work so be careful if they steal you’re car! I don’t recommend these apartments at all they had money to paint the apartments but don’t have money to fix their fences

THESE APARTMENTS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager there, Rosie, is a horrible manager! She doesnt do any of her duties as property manager. It took the manage 5 months to come and fumigate and fix the lock on my door. 5 MONTHS!!!! The apartments have bedbugs! They are infested with termites, bedbugs, roaches, rats, you name it Casa Place apartments have it. The apartments are also lopsided! so the walls are cracking down the middle, they are breaking in half from it being lopsided. DO NOT RENT HERE! IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have fixed every thing new paint they have new fences maybe even a new manager i dont realley know but it is not like in the pictures it's ok not perfect but better than 1year ago ilike it😜
