It's a quiet neighborhood. Frustrating that Google Maps never has the right directions. Whoever decided to give everyone a 1701 address never had to live here lol. The only complaint with the HOA is that they need to fix the minor potholes at the entrance and create a smooth transition from the road to the complex. I would rather spend a little less money on lawn maintenance because realistically, the lawn doesn't need to be mowed as often as it does... and instead use that money to fix the potholes and sinkhole dips within the complex
