Casa Grande Apartments

I haven't been able to take a nap after work or on weekends for the past five months. The level of NOISE is unbelievable - all the time! There are rules posted on the building and by the pool that no one cares about, and no one enforces those rules. People who use the pool always make a lot of noise: they yell and scream very loudly while jumping in the water and play ball games in the pool, and this continues for hours if not for the entire day till 10 PM. I turn on TV and still can hear those people screaming. People also play music by the pool and smoke and vape. On the back of the building, where there is no pool, you can still hear noises made by those who play ball, ride bicycles and segways, and play games. Tough they says they have changed the carpet but they just clean it, sometime not completely. Carpet stains reamins seen sometimes. You will find roaches in your apartment. There is no coin laundry. You have to first pay $5 for laundry card and then for each laundry usual charges. The apartment is though good and within reach of all basic amenities. Parking lot is not secured, as it is open for all, no gates. Also these people will deduct your deposit amount as part of their operational maintenance (Apartment Cleaned, Apartment Painted, Carpet Cleaned, Dranes/Blinds Cleaned). I stayed there for about 6 months and in those 6 months we have maintained the apartment the same was as it was handed to us, apart from a burned piece ( For which the required amount has to be deducted from deposit).

The flat we stayed was with very poor ventilation, full of roaches and bugs. Poor maintenance I trashed all my furniture and left the place. Not suggestible to opt any units which are in center of the apartments. 2 star is for accessibility.

It was very comfortable staying here for 2 years.. didnt wish to change but job took us to a different place.. the maintenance is quick to respond n management is amazing to support

Definitely not a recommended place to live at, if you like a chill, and comfortable place then this is not the place, neighbors are loud 24/7, got water leakage 2 times already in 2 months. Quality of everything is very poor.
