Casa Fresca Homes at Grove at Crosswinds

We moved in April and we received a letter stating 2 weeks ago that we will be getting an increase on the HOA fee. We moved here because is a new home and it will have plenty good amenities (a little pool, a dog park and a tiny kids park). They will hold information about fees to pay and they will surprise you at the end. Houses are good but I believe the lack of transparency during the process of the loan will tarnish the transaction. I will advise to ask any and all the questions about the HOA and any fees to pay before making a decision to move here. This property has no good amenities, no security, neither any wow amenities to justify the increase of the HOA fees. The community is very upset with this current events.

I moved in November. Since then, HOA fees have increased with no noticeable improvement in property maintenance. Landscaping is charged separately, even though the HOA states it is included in the fees. There is a lack of transparency and accountability.

We are beyond grateful to Casa Fresca and their amazing team specially at Alanys for making our dream of buying a home a reality. Their professionalism, patience, and guidance made the process smooth and stress-free. Every step of the way, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and informed. I had a really good experience with our sales consultant Bruna Matos, she is very helpful and kind but the most important thing, she is so professional..!!

We've lived here for 6 weeks and I would not advise anyone to move here at all until they finish building. Construction starts at 6am which is typically fine. It's the INSANELY LOUD music they blast from 6am to sundown all day long. It's so loud it wakes my baby up, I can hear the music in every single room in my home with fans and sounds machine on. It's completely disrespectful of the people already living here and 100% unprofessional in every way. Unless you want to attend a concert every single day don't bother.
