The first house we saw and the one we bought. It was a great experience from the start until the end and on. Our sales person Yazmin was lovely, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Casa Fresca. Amazing experience.

Our home was a prayer in the making. To see a home you have manifested with God from beginning until the time keys are in your hands is an experience everyone should be able to feel at least once. The buying experience was great. The Sales team, Naomie, was great! Everyone involved did a great job. If there were any setbacks it was because I didn’t provide the proper documentation. We closed as scheduled. Some minor issues identified were not taken care of. The builder was here doing it himself on the day of final walk-through. Our sink was leaking. Tech came and fixed it right away. Works great now. None of the outlets in our kitchen work. We’ve tried resetting breaker box and it keeps tripping. Getting a hold of Warranty has not been a good experience. We’ve had to call repeatedly. Then someone said the electrician called and left a voicemail on my phone. I had zero missed calls and no messages. It’s been a week. I just emailed again and now I have to wait another 48 hours. So dis
