Casa Fresca Homes at Cherrywood Preserve

Just visited these homes. I'm pleasantly surprised at how spacious this home is and their attention to detail. They have a 3 car garage, vaulted ceilings, and even soft close cabinets. Quality is an A++.

Newer homes by different builder planned to start soon. Only Older homes here now, by a different builder. Looking forward to the new construction and community becoming what it is planned to be. Great changes coming soon! :)

Stunning community with no CDD?!?! HOA covers cable, internet and trash! Wow!

Discriminitory against certain residents, increases amenity rates with no repairs, says pool is heated and its not, closes pool all the time to say doing repairs yet does no repairs, hot tub has been broken over a year, sells properties as a scam HOA, then after purchase residents find out its an LLC with 2 payments to 2 brothers who squabbles, mandated cable and internet in amenity fees that increase annually at the rate of $6 per year each which will be a total house payment soon and too expensive for the many retired here on fixed incomes, many already have lost their homes with this scam price gouging.
