The worst place to live! The staff is awful, especially a lady named Julia who is rude and unhelpful. The place is dirty and has mold, and the cabinets are rotting. They even have the nerve to charge you for them. They will take all of your deposit money. This place is a scam—do not waste your money!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Especially don’t if your landlord is JULIE ANDREWS. She will never do anything for you and has it written in the lease that you cover all maintenance costs for the apartment. She will also try and scam you out of the deposit and threaten to call the cops but don’t fall for it. Apartments are outdated, laundry machines cost $2 and don’t work most of the time. Roaches, spiders, nats, etc. are infested in the buildings. Management does not bat an eye to these issues and is impossible to get in touch with. They purposely try to avoid talking to you because everybody complains. If you still choose to live here after seeing the reviews you’re an idiot.

It should be illegal to rent these apartments. Old run down buildings infested with roaches, barely cleaned floors, trash in the laundry room, garbage bin constantly full, etc. Paying $2000 a month to live in filth and $2 for EACH laundry machine that has roaches all over it and/or is out of order. DO NOT LIVE HERE. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THE ROACHES.

Where to begin? It's old, run down, roach infested and everything is always broke; the intercoms always brake so you cant buzz people in, the pool is out of order, elevators have problems, everything. For anyone looking to rent here look around and see how out of order everything is, like exit signs hanging by wires. Place is a dump.
