They love towing residents & guest vehicles,they have cameras no reason besides people towing residents & guest ,my vehicle was in a hit run ,they ask for a police report,I provided them a police report they refused to provide a video for my insurance company,their BOOM TOW software is garbage,there’s no way to add guest,they quoted 300+ dollars for a guest parking decal.Its sad residents & guest have to park on the side road to avoid their vehicles getting TOWED. Hey MARK HARDY or your team should start informing all residents of all sneaky changes you have implemented into this complex… looks like y’all want to kick out as much current residents as possible,to jack up the price for a broken apartment…
