CAS has been horrible to work with. They don’t regularly maintain our neighborhood, take weeks to send homeowner architectural requests to the board for approval, and have assigned us an incredibly rude community manager. This community manager also made speculative statements in a group email about a disabled veteran homeowners PTSD. Absolutely unprofessional and a fair housing violation.

Applecross Townhomes in Cary has deteriorated under CAS management. I live in Applecross and the community standards complaints are not addressed. I have documented trash cans scattered in front yards, trash in yards, recreational vehicles and trailers illegally parked, issues with substandard painting and repairs and months later the problems are still unresolved. It is obvious that CAS does not routinely inspect the property. Applecross is in a sad state under CAS management.

Our property manager, Bryan Casale, is awesome! He responds to every request in a timely manner and has helped improve the property. He is always available for meeting or responding to our requests and I see him ride through the property to make sure that what we requested has been taken care of for us. I am so pleased with Bryan. I have lived here for more than 20 years and we have never had any other manager that is as responsive as Bryan. Truly appreciate everything that he does for our community and hope that he will manage Ivy Creek for many years. Thanks so much and kudos to Bryan!!

They do absolutely NOTHING! Oak Park West looks absolutely awful, even after multiple complaints and photos, they do absolutely nothing.

I became a member of my HOA's board about a year ago. I have to admit I was not impressed with our property manager at that time, but he voluntarily left the company a few months later, so I chalk a lot of it up to him already being on the lookout to move elsewhere. Our replacement manager, Jennifer, has been fantastic! Her response time is always within a day or two, even on weekends, and she has helped us get several projects both underway and completed. She has also been very helpful as we have navigated an extremely complicated and sensitive situation with one of our homeowners. I really appreciate all her hard work.
