Our community switched to CAS about 9 months ago. The difference from then to now is amazing. With CAS and Jacob Hildebrand our community has improved 100%. He is complying with all the home owner's wishes, all the needs for improved landscaping, building maintenance, etc. We are so grateful for Jacob, not only for all the work he does in improving the community but also for him as a person, always accommodating always thoughtful and customer minded.

I am an HOA Board member who has had the pleasure of working with CAS for a number of years. CAS has addressed our concerns promptly and thoroughly and has provided us with necessary guidance when needed. Jacob Hilldebrand has been especially helpful with board requests for ways to improve our community and its surroundings. Our community looks better than it has in years.

As an HOA board member, I find CAS to be professional and prompt in their responses to our concerns. Jacob Hildebrand is an excellent manager with a good understanding of what an HOA can and cannot do. Since he became Westgate Townes' manager, our property looks better and the contractors he uses do a good job maintaining the property.

I have lived it other communities and CAS has been by far the best company ever. Our manager Todd has always provided great service and excellent management advice. They have years of experience managing HOA's and they know what that are doing. Not sure of the comments of multiple managers as listed below but I think we have had 2 or 3 in 10 years. I wouldn't want their job as I am sure they just more complaints that compliments. I would highly recommend.

After reading the really bad rap HOAs and their boards and managers have taken in the media lately my first thought was "we are so fortunate to be working with CAS." As former president and current vice president of our board I had worked with one other management company and my phone rang daily with complaints from homeowners. The best thing the first company did for us when they went out of business was recommend CAS. The only calls the Board gets now about management issues are compliments and thanks. Our community is a better place to live, we are on sound financial footing and the things that need to get done are done including issues that the board would not have been aware of if it were not for CAS.
