Carver Apartments

When we first moved here in 2022, things were pretty good. Since the fall of 2025, we have had an extremely frustrating experience with building management and security at this property. The main entrance door to the apartment building has not consistently locked (since October 2025) meaning anyone can walk in off the street. As a result, neighborhood kids regularly enter the building without restriction. These kids have gone into the bike room and tampered with residents’ bikes, entered the gym and broken equipment, gone into the lobby, breaking decorative vases and leaving messes behind. This has been an ongoing problem, not a one-time incident. We have repeatedly notified management about both the building door not locking and the vandalism in common areas, but there has been no actio

I’ve had the pleasure of calling Carver home for over five years now. I feel comfortable here and have nothing but great experiences in the community, LeDroit is filled with kind, good-hearted people who look out for each other. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here, and that truly means a lot to me. Over the years, I’ve built a strong and trusting relationship with the UIPP management team, especially Josie and Sharon. They’ve both been genuinely helpful and understanding anytime I’ve had a question or concern, from moving into a new unit to matters of documentation. It’s not often you find management that sincerely cares about their residents and isn’t just focused on chasing market prices, which I truly appreciate.

I had a great experience with the team. They were patient, helpful, and responsive throughout the leasing process. Everything was handled with care, and I really appreciate their support in helping me get settled.

I applied and was denied which happens, but the front desk people are so rude over the phone and don't even care to hear anything you have to say including my questions or anything I could do financially to secure an apartment. And the $200 deposit needed to apply hasn't been returned yet I'm still waiting??

Carver Apartments are luxury made affordable! They have modern appliances and spaciousness that's perfect for any size family! The leasing agent's are so attentive, professional, and always go the extra mile to ensure the best service for all the residents here. My recent experience with Kristen was extremely pleasant and she was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!
