Do not move here!! I moved out about 5 months ago and they still have me in the system as living there. The management team are refusing to move me out because I owe rent. This should be Illegal. I contacted Moise Hernandez and all he do is lie. I told them to send me through email my balance so I can make arrangements and move me out . There has been 6 new people in the office since I been there. So all the files are inaccurate . The place is filled with mold and no air circulating in the building. I called the new lady Carmella and she still hasn’t sent me a email and acts clueless each time I call. The new manager always say he is busy to send my information. This place is unorganized and unprofessional.

Full disclosure- I was sent an e-mail asking to rate my experience..This is my honest review. I had 2 emergency situations that happened. One was a water leak and the other was I smelled gas. Both situatons, I had gone to the rental office, and both times, no one was there, and it appeared as if no one came in on the days. I had to call the maintenance line for assistance, which is challenging for me to do, but the representatives were professional and they were got a hold of maintenance and dispatched them. They did ask if I had reported the issues to the rental office..I told them no..I had gone there and the office was closed and I was informed that the rental was supposed to open until 4 or 5. My rating is solely for maintenance..he was great..he came, found this issue with the water

I had water leaking from my kitchen sink. I called and emailed property manager and put in a repair request and within a few hours maintenance was at my apartment. Found out that garbage disposal was shot. They went and got another one replaced it and within 3 hours of my initial call I was good to go. They even mopped up the water in the cabinet abdbin the floor.

Regular prolonged power outages, especially in the heat of summer. The worst was the summer of 2017 when power wasn’t restored for a week. The building’s infrastructure is dicrepid. The rent is “affordable” but this is why... bc on a regular basis you will Wake up to find your power gone without knowing whether all your food will spoil, etc. no amount of cheap rent can be worth regularly being made uncomfortable in your own home.

I rated one star because at least it has a roof. The building is very old and instead of NOVO properties taking the time to actually fixing the units to meet building codes, they do patch work and bury the problem in the walls. I would not suggest this property to anyone who is looking for what D.C. has to offer. This is a low end building, with a high end cost.
