Carrington Homes

Carrington Homes is an elite home builder in Indiana. The craftsmanship and quality is second to none. Carl is a very engaging owner and has been very responsive when needed. His on site managers (our home was built with team lead Eddie Martinez) are excellent and the subs he uses are top notch. We chose to have our home designed by Grady who is their in house designer and he designed a lovely home that was extremely specific to our wants and needs. This is a truly custom home. If I had to build another house again I would choose Carrington Homes, but it is hard for me to envision a home that fits my needs better than the one they built.

Working with Carrington Homes was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the attention to detail surpassed all of our expectations. I can say with full honestly I truly enjoyed interactions with our team through out the entire process. They were always quick to respond to questions and issues, and made the process feel so easy. Sandy, the selections coordinator, worked tirelessly to arrange and consolidate meetings around my childcare availability. Carrington Homes did our kitchen remodel and we cannot be more pleased! Carl and his team do amazing work. They completely transformed our kitchen! They knocked out walls, put in beams, installed a new slider, installed and refinished hardwood floors to match other rooms, painted, etc! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

First off Carl, the owner of the company, is an honest builder who consistently fixed any problem / mistake that were made in the home. I would trust him to deal with your home building process with integrity. We custom-built with Carrington during the height of the pandemic... Supply chain caused some build delays; we were about 3 months late compared to the original build estimate.The lack of skilled workers among his subcontractors (presumably due to the building boom of the time) also led to some silly errors that required corrections. A lot of these things were somewhat beyond the builders' control; and Carl did step up and got everything taken care of. The home ended up functioning well and look beautiful. We are very happy with Carrington. Good quality built and they would still come out to take care of any problem we might find after we moved in a year later. Good quality and on schedule work. They do try to please.
