The Woods of Britton Apartment Homes

I’ve lived at the Woods of Britton for the past three years, and in all my years of renting, this has been by far the most enjoyable experience. The management team truly cares about their residents — it shows in everything they do. Maintenance requests are handled within hours (not days or weeks like I’ve experienced elsewhere in Fishers), and the staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. What really sets this community apart is the atmosphere. Woods of Britton doesn’t just provide a place to live — it fosters a sense of belonging. From weekly summer food trucks to back-to-school drives and festive holiday events, they go out of their way to create meaningful experiences for residents. I have to say, spending almost a year here at Woods Of Britton as my first apartment has been wonderful. The staff at the office has been welcoming and prompt as well as helpful. It is well kept around the apartment complex, lawns are freshly cut often and we get fair warning regarding any outside apartment complex renovations such as the streets or the pool. It is very safe, too which is very important to me. The amenities are also very nice, the Amazon Hub lockers are welcomed to keep packages safe and the gym is very nice, clean and well maintained. I haven't been to the pool or used the office for business purposes such as printing but I'm sure they are both great as well. I hope to continue living here as a resident as I really enjoy it here! Everything has been very nice!

Very well kept grounds. Swimming pool is pristine at all times. There is a lake with a fountain. With a light show on the lake. They have one bedroom apartments two bedroom apartments and three bedroom apartments. Variety to choose from. They do have garages and carports. They have an on-site gym at the clubhouse. And it is open until 12:00 midnight. They do have tennis courts on site as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Great community

Lovely community that feels safe, friendly, and inviting. Nice amenities and a peaceful complex. A lot more square footer for a better price than a lot of surrounding apartments. everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. The apartments are nice and large, with plenty of storage inside and out.

I have lived in this community for the past year and I love leaving here. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance team is always there to help us! Thank you for making our community an amazing place to live.
