Looking for a unit to live in is often a struggle due to limited reviews regarding a place. And, not many landlords feel enthusiastic for lots of questions during a tour and need for clarifications on the lease. However, with Carrington, we were blown away. At first glance, the landscape was beautiful. The particular unit we found was clean and full of natural sunlight. And, the neighborhood felt safe for me to take my walks (disclaimer: I aim to walk during daytime because nighttime is scary anywhere). In addition, we’ve had only wonderful interactions with the staff. They took questions openly and answered thoroughly. I have lived in this apartment for 7 years. Sad to say that since Covid this place has gone from great to worst. I live in a 2 bed unit where all my surrounding units are new residents who love to smoke weed and cigarettes 24x7. I cannot open my windows or door or I run the risk of getting weed smell in my home. These new residents can be also found smoking near the carport, so it’s impossible to avoid any passive smoke. There are other new residents who live in sharing so not only it is hard to find parking because there are so many cars (which by the way management doesn’t care about) they often to sit outside to talk on phones and then scan everyone who passes by in a creepy way. And then there are visitors of these residents, who curse and use abusive language if you ask them to move t

My experiences in Carrington apartments in Fremont very peaceful place to live in.. the residents are perfect nice my previews manager jenny was amazing very caring she cares about her units besides her residents she makes you feel at home and works with you during the whole process of moving in unfortunately I had to move but I was very happy at Carrington apartments it's very beautiful there is flowers everywhere. Is so convenient the 711 stores a nearby besides many stores just to walk too no need of a car..

We've lived here at Carrington for 2 years and have enjoyed the property very much. The front office staff are very friendly and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to any issue we've had during our stay (very few) . Laundry facilities are close by to most buildings and are very clean and machines are well maintained. Tons of parking and walking distance to a lot of business (Lucky's, 7-11, Bevmo, Satomi Sushi, etc). Security is very active and patrol the property regularly. Lot's of families and kids enjoy the property common areas, and a nice gym on site with a good selection of the basics. We're very happy to have had stayed at such a wonderful complex, to have started our family here but it's time to move on to be closer to relatives.
