Carriage Park Apartments

Lived here for 2 years. First year was good then it was a nightmare. During my time living there I literally had blood tests done twice because I thought I was developing fibromyalgia or long COVID or something as I had Constant aches, fatigue, etc and had never experience this and am 27. Fast forward found out my neighbor beneath our place’s apt was full of black mold and when they asked for maintenance to fix it they got evicted. As soon as I moved to a new place the symptoms have gone away. Would not move here. Also initially they let us move into our apartment early and we still paid a deposit. Said they wouldn’t take it when we left since there was trash bags on the porch and it hadn’t been cleaned….plot twist - we of course didn’t get that deposit back & they tried to charge $200

I toured the place in November and decided to apply for an apartment. I was approved and gave them my deposit. Flash forward, two months later, it’s the week I’m supposed to move in and they call me and say a pipe burst and they won’t have my apartment ready in time but they have another apartment I can move into. So I say that’s fine and they tell me I can move in on Friday. I make all of the arrangements for my electric and internet and everything and then a day later I got an email saying they had another pipe burst and no longer had an apartment available for me. They didn’t even bother to call me! When I called them I spoke to the owner who just complained about their maintenance man not getting their work done. I asked if the apartment could be fixed in the next couple of weeks befor

If I could leave, no stars, I would let’s talk about Val one of the property managers there who showed me a one bedroom and I asked her the requirements which was the basics and I informed her that I had an eviction due to when Covid first came out and explained to her that the apartments that I was living and at the time was accepting Impact assistance which I got an approval for and sent them a check and they still evicted me. I still have current emails due to the situation showing that Impact sent the check and how that property did me. Now I told Val that and the next day I submitted my application and she gave me a call and said that someone else dropped off a deposit for the apartment I wanted. Which was very understandable, but I don’t think she knew that. I actually know somebody

Hi, I have lived at this place just a couple months and I have to give a shout out to Steve/he goes by Hammer and Dalton, they took over as the new maintenance managers/crew and i am just blown away at their work ethic! My place needed some work/ some small some big. Whatever it was these guys took care of it and made sure I was happy. Now that they are here they have been working non stop playing catch up from the previous maintenance that I was told never took care of things. I am grateful that this place has Hammer and Dalton that truly care and want to make a difference. Thank you again for my recent new Heater install! So fast! Perfect! Thanks again! 🙏🏼 Ashlie

We’ve now lived here at Carriage Park for going on four years, and have commented positively once before. Today, Hammer and Dalton put in a new washing machine for us. They were both extremely nice and professional. Very hard workers! I only called a week ago about this and it was taken care of within 72 hours! This is a brand new washing machine I’m talking about! Ten stars for Carriage Park Apartments, and it’s staff. Also want to recognize Val for her lovely and courteous demeanor, and very helpful attitude.
