🚨 WARNING TO FUTURE TENANTS 🚨 Our experience at Carriage Park Apartments in Pittsburgh (15220) was absolutely terrible. This has been one of the worst management experiences we have ever had while renting. When we first moved in, the management team repeatedly begged us to leave good reviews and referrals for the apartments. But once we became tenants, their attitude completely changed. The management is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Every time we contacted them about legitimate concerns such as our carport or lease documents, instead of helping, they spoke to us aggressively, dismissed our concerns, and behaved in a very arrogant manner. Aleschia was incredibly helpful with my move into a new apartment and made the whole process much easier. She was professional, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and solve any issues that came up. Thanks to her support, everything went smoothly and on time, and I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the move.

The reason for 1 star is because I dont have anything less than that, the most hyped unhygienic apartments I have ever seen. The maintenance team is worst they dont even appear when you require them and the leasing office team is all attitude and they wont spare a print out for you if needed but collect so much of rent every month only 1 gym for the entire community which is a shame. Full of roaches and when you vacate they charge you like hell to repair all the things which are crappy at the first place itself.

Pros: I love the apartment! Very convenient, spacious, the view, and how they set up carriage park like a community ❤️ Shout out to our lease agent, Tyler, for being hospitable and accommodating. 👍 Cons: some residents are not considerate. Trash are being left in the elevators, and at the back inside of the building. Vandalizing the elevators and walls at the main entrance (no ff up from the management.) I suggest that cctv is a must for those law breaking residents. For the management-the parking lot need its guide lines to be repainted, fix the holes on the walls, and how I wish they could suggest it to the upper mngt to put atleast a couple of chairs at the main lobby for guests and residents to sit on while waiting for a ride etc.
