Property needs some serious attention. Broken gutters, holes in carport roofs. Excessive loitering, people doing heavy drinking in the parking lots. Noise is out of control at nights, specially on the weekends. Grounds are poorly maintain and dirty. If you have a maintenance requests, forget about getting someone to fix it. My AC is not working and was told by office staff that it will be 2 weeks before someone comes to look at it. I can request a window AC unit, but that wont do me any good. The electrical outlets in my bedroom are messed up. Dishwasher backs up, it has not worked since i moved in 3 yrs ago. i have submitted more than a dozen maintenance requests and nothing. Rent goes up every year, but your service gets worst.Not uncommon to hear gunshots either. Just a couple of days

Carriage House will be getting sued. You got “evidence” and I got 5 years of it. Plus written statements from other tenants as well. Office workers and maintenance workers are extremely rude. Spy on everything you do. You do exactly what they asked and they’ll send people over without notice just to “check” on you but they’ll have some sort of excuse. A single mom of 5 kids and expect everything to look like you just moved in. They also LIE about anything and everything they can. Couldn’t even use one room for several months. Horrible place to move.

Upkeep is non-existent, hardly any outdoor lighting, people taking handicap spots without Proper plate or placard, potholes big enough to jetski in, sidewalks solid ice, no ice melt provided....but there appears to be a variety of illegal items available for purchase lol

A very close friend of mine lives here. Has had his truck broken into multiple times office did nothing about it. Never even put lights in. The lady in the office decided to try to tow his truck because his plate was in his back window and nobody looked properly. She tried saying that that doesn't run and it does because we still drive it. He has lived here for almost 3 years. The air conditioning went out 2 years ago still has not been replaced. He was given one window AC for a townhouse. Let's not forget about all the leaking pipes in the walls and the mold in the bathroom and the mold in the siding. I have reported several months ago that the edging has detached from the ceiling for the 3rd time now threw out the apartment. I put a work order in and no one has been here yet. They fixed it two times before, but all they do is slap some drywall mud on it and say it's fixed. On the 18th of this month water started dripping out of the bathroom fan. I talked to Emily and put a work order in and can you guess no one has been here as of yet. I have been having problems with the downstairs neighbor and her boyfriend turn the TV and radio up loud for 2 years now. They gave her a couple of notices and still it is going on.
