UPDATE: 11/26/2025 This morning, management did come by and speak with us and expressed that they are actively doing what they can within their power to make more improvements to the property, including expressing that they are available whenever they can be. There is a courtesy officer on site and you can call him for disturbances. Pest control comes by every month and works on certain buildings each visit. Ms. Tonya did say she was going to put us on pest control to come by more often to get rid of the bugs, and I am extremely grateful for that as well. If you need pest control to come by, you can request them to come by more often. I have been living here for 4 years. I pay my rent on time and live as peaceably among those around me as possible. However, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of tenant management here. Everyday I have to wake up to a smoke filled apartment, Yes my apartment smell like marijuana and probably crack. I do not use these drugs. It is so bad I can see the shadows of smoke just circulating in every single room I have in this 2 bedroom apartment. My throat is dry and I have been having strange headaches. I have contacted them several times including yesterday morning-they say we will reach out, when I came back home from work after 6PM, there was a fresh batch of smoke mixed with the old. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and unfortunately, since new management, this experience has been frustrating. The new management team is very unresponsive, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. It often takes days (sometimes weeks) to get basic issues addressed—if they get fixed at all. Communication is poor, and follow-ups rarely happen without multiple reminders. It feels like tenant concerns are low priority, and that lack of accountability has made living here stressful. The location is decent, but the service and upkeep don’t reflect the rent prices. I would not recommend this property unless major changes are made to management and maintenance responsiveness.

Kendra and Tessa are great managers. I enjoy living here ! All of my work orders are done on time. I really enjoy living here the community is awesome. Also the rent is very affordable.

This review is specific to an ongoing plumbing problem in my unit only and in no way reflects any negativity towards the complex or its employees. I am on day 3 (2/3, 2/4, 2/5/2025) with still trying to recover from an active water leak for the second time since moving here in 2022. Also I experienced a sewage blow back in 2023 from my toilet that covered a large area of my bathroom and bedroom and had to endure 2 days of the most horrific odors imagined. I was not even offered compensation in the way of a hotel room until resolved. I'm not saying all apartments here have these problems but mind does and it's frustrating and unsanitary.
