Carriage Hills Apartments

Overall, a great place. Maintenance team does a great job. One thing I notice is that walls seem to be very thin- in the sense that you can hear people in other apartments / in the hallways easily. At least in my building, I’m assuming it’s similar in the others. However, most people seem not to be too loud in general which helps.

They leave me alone with criminals, ignore my complaints and tell me to call the cops instead of taking care of it themselves and, they made me pay $800.00 for rent one time.

Nice, clean and friendly apartments, also pet friendly and has in house laundry facility.

Very neat hallways and easily accessible. Secured building and safe for renters.

Outside grounds not clean. Garbage from apartments thrown into neighboring private lawns
