Carraway Village Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of touring Carraway Village apartments with Elizabeth, and I can say without hesitation that she transformed what could have been an overwhelming search into a smooth, exciting journey. From the very first moment, Elizabeth took the time to sit down with me and truly listen—asking thoughtful questions about my lifestyle, budget, and must-haves. Whether I dreamed of a high-ceilinged living room for entertaining friends or a cozy nook by a sunlit window to curl up with a book, she absorbed every detail and used that insight to curate the perfect selection of luxury two and three bedroom units. Carraway Village has been consistently the premier place to live in Chapel Hill. The property is beautiful and maintained at the highest level. The leasing office is staffed with some of the very best hospitality professionals in the industry, period. They make you feel like you and your family are the only ones that stay at the property. The amenities…The 24/7 gym, clubhouse, cafe ( s/o to the best Baristas), beer garden, offices, in-door/outdoor pools, and spa are all 10/10. Yeah, a SPA with a sauna and steam room. As a golfer, I am always trying to keep my swing sharp in the brand new state of the art Golf Simulator. We wanted to wait a few months to really settle in before writing this review, and we can confidently say the experience at Carraway has been absolutely amazing. The staff has been welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful from day one. There’s pools, a gym with trainers, yoga (My wife enjoys Laura’s classes), recreation rooms, business center and roof top bar and cafe. Special shout-out to Jamie, Tracey, Brittany, and Jordan for making our move seamless and for always answering our questions promptly. Also the residents here are really friendly and cool.

The maintenance team here at Carraway is absolutely terrific! We’ve been living here for six years now and Allen Richie, the team manager, has consistently put together a top-notch staff. They’re bright, skillful, super-talented and always respond in a heartbeat. All share a cheerful, courteous, can-do attitude and a sunny disposition. I couldn’t imagine Carraway without Allen here. He’s the tops!

Carraway Xing has been my favorite home since I’ve lived in Chapel Hill. My doorman, Mitchell always makes me feel safe and greets me when I walk in the door. He’s also let me in my apartment a time or two when I’ve been locked out. So thankful for my Carraway people!
