Carpenter Beach Construction

Although my home project was small, I had a great experience with Carpenter Beach. They were professional from the first contact to the end of the project. I always had excellent communication, and most importantly, they did what they said they would do in the allotted time frame they promised. The work was done with perfection and care and they left my home site clean. I am thrilled to have found them and will look forward to using them for future projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional contractor.

They are very good people and their quality is second to none. My dad is a builder and takes a lot of pride in his work, and he is the first to admit that these guys are on a whole different level. I consider myself extremely lucky to have worked with them and to own a home built by Carpenter Beach. I will be forever grateful.

This is the second big project we have done with Carpenter Beach, and we loved them each time. They only hire the best as subcontractors, and it shows. The work is high quality and professional. Our project manager, Lindsay, was easy to reach and very responsive. They were efficient -- our entire addition only took 4 months from ground-breaking to final inspection. Highly recommend.

From new construction, to historic remodeling in some of the most historically significant communities in Northern Virginia, the attention to detail, and adaptive construction methods make them stand out as leaders in their trade.
