Caroline Place Apartments

Overall the apartment was affordable and previous management was willing to work with me with my situation at the time. They weren’t willing to fix any of the issues I had on move in day. My kitchen cabinets were not renovated at all and were literally falling apart. My kitchen was covered in grease on move in and well as clear water damage around plumbing in the bathroom/kitchen So my advice is that if you notice something that needs to be fixed/ updated make sure you try to get it done before you move in. *update* Currently they are refusing to give me back my deposit. Stating that it will take 90 days although that’s clearly not the law. There’s absolutely no communication even though I’ve emailed and called many times. Now their main website is down or missing. It’s been over 30

My power has been off since Friday, and when I went in to ask for an update, I was treated very rudely by Robbin. I approached calmly, simply asking about the status of the outage, but I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this behavior, and it’s unacceptable. Additionally, when I asked about reimbursement for the food I lost due to the power outage, I was brushed off and told to speak to someone else with no offer of further assistance. Tenants deserve to be treated with respect and to receive clear communication, especially during challenging situations. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the level of customer service provided.

Great neighborhood to live in. My family and I have been here for almost 3 years and have not had any major issues that wasn’t addressed in a timely matter. There’s a lot to do in the area and I just love the restaurants all around. The property manager Goldie is such a sweet heart and take her job to heart. The maintenance team is great as well. The apartment complex is small which I love. They keep it looking great inside and out. The hallways, the laundry unit, and outside landscaping are always maintained. They also provide you with a storage unit downstairs for extra storage.

Nicharae Clay refuses to answer the office phone or is never available in the leasing office. Maintenance has gone completely down hill they don’t even acknowledge requests anymore. The place is running itself.

It seemed kind of bleak for a while but the new manager, Nicharae is super nice and is definitely getting things together .
