I’ve lived here for 3 years, and overall, my experience has been decent. Pros: The office staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. It’s a family-oriented community where kids can play safely outside and are usually back indoors before the street lights come on, which speaks to the overall safety and structure of the neighborhood. Neighbors are respectful when it comes to noise levels, and even when playing music at night, they’re mindful of others. The apartment complex does an excellent job at maintaining the garage and cleanliness of the area which helps with pest and bug control. Do not rent at these apartments. I’ve been living here for two months, and it has been the worst experience in my 10+ years of renting. From the very beginning, things went wrong—they got my move-in date incorrect, and the unit I was given was in poor condition. The carpet is old, the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, and the common areas, especially the entrances, are dirty and flood every time it rains. I’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they always have an excuse and never take real action. Been here almost 2 years and experience has been ok. They don't do maintenance on regular basis which is fine, I normal take care of my own repairs. Recently being targeted on a real unprofessional level. We are considering taking higher steps to figure out why we are being targeted with new management

Carolina Woods is a decent place to live. I've been here 3 years now. Just renewed my lease. Marcus is great. Anything you need done, he will get it fix right then. No wait period. The staff is unprofessional.Office lost my documents and expected me to have them. The staff don’t know what they are doing they hire anybody. I moved out after living in apartment for 3 years normal wear and was hit with fees they want me to refurbish the apartment.
