Steer clear of renting from these folks. They claim to have a secure storage facility in 7 Lakes, but there is no lock on the gate and only one cheap little Amazon camera that probably doesn't even work. Just drove around the building, and the parking lot is full of ice, and potholes where people are actually conducting business. What a Dump!!! These clowns are charging top dollar too. Spend your money at a proper storage facility with a working gate and security footage. Or come throw your money away at this Dump!!

I currently rent from this property manager. This is an offshoot of Bell Manley real estate. They managed some pretty nice properties here in the Sandhills. Unfortunately, the location I'm at is lacking any type of quality whatsoever. Getting any type of maintenance done is more painful than having teeth pulled. As of today I've been waiting 8 days to have an air conditioner fixed. They even went so far as to ask me to go ahead and book an appointment with an HVAC specialist. Please come talk to me before you consider renting from these people.

If you are looking to rent a storage place with a busted gate that doesn't work, a ratcheted lock, and 0 cameras on the property call them up they can get you fixed up!
