Kellie was very unprofessional, lacking the common courtesy of basic communication. I inquired about a rental ($2,800/month, my gross monthly is $18k/month) in Aberdeen, my agent (Jasmine) showed me the property last Thursday, and at no point did Kellie inform her that there were other applicants. I saw the property and immediately applied that afternoon. Jasmine followed up with Kellie at 1433 hours on Friday and no response. I e-mailed Kellie over the weekend and no response. Jasmine contacted Kellie again Tuesday morning at 1044 hours and heard back from Kellie at 1219 hours, stating, there were 3 other applicants. So, if you're looking for executive type communication from Kellie, based off my experience, you're not going to get it.

I’ve bought and sold many homes over the years and never had a better realtor than Kellie Adams. She was very knowledgeable, professional and showed a heartfelt interest in making sure we were happy. Very personable lady and just a pleasure to be around. In addition, Kellie’s numerous contacts in the business helped shorten the closing process. Jen was incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with. The fact that Heidi and I didn't actually meet her until the closing is what makes it even more incredible. She was willing to let my brother and son take multiple tours of the potential house. Highly recommend Jen.
