I have purchased many parcels of real estate over the years. Some deals went smooth and some were stressful nail-biting headaches. One thing I know for sure is that your agent, your fiduciary is supposed to have your best interest. Always. Unfortunately your agent doest get paid until a transaction closes. With this being said it isn't unusual for your agent to provide advice such as accepting an offer your not 100 percent happy with or purchasing a home that doesn't exactly fit your needs. They simply get paid and move on to the next deal. Trust. That can be a difficult decision to make when you are buying, selling, or investing in one of the largest purchases you'll ever make. These people are a joke. I wish I would have looked at reviews before signing the lease. I guess you cant expect professionalism this day in age. During the initial showing there were problems that were supposed to be fixed before we signed and got keys. Once we signed and got the keys we were ready to move in but was amazed at how disgusting the place was. We were told a professional cleaner came through but again professionalism with these people are below par. There were dirty socks in the bathroom, food on the kitchen counters, all appliances were nasty. We have a giant hole in our bedroom wall. They did set an appointment for a cleaner to come afterwards but after seeing their "professional" job we didnt want them in our way once we started cleaning ourselves so that we could move our

The agent who showed us our home and the home itself were both amazing however we cannot recommend enough for people to avoid this rental company. The property management side of this company lacks basic communication skills and when they do actually respond to repair requests or messages they do not follow through on what they agreed to. I had to repair the in unit dryer myself after they spent a month not answering or giving me the run around on when repairs would occur. They then tried to charge me for having somebody come out and check the work that they wouldn't do themselves. The move out process has been a nightmare with this company as well. I would give zero stars if allowed. My husband and I rented through this company for a year. We were treated very well during the year there, until we had to move out. After moving out they screw us over big time. To give a little back story, the tenants before us owned a dog who tore up the place. Chewed up walls and carpets. Coming into this place, we did a walk through and saw all of these damages but was okay with it. While we were renting we did a lot of improvements and additions (all approved). Come to move out and inspection was done. I get the report back saying we not only don’t get any of our security deposit back but we OWE $800. I was a tenant at one of their properties, and if it wasn’t for the kindness of some of the property managers on staff, this review would be much lower. While part of this has to do with the owner of the property rarely being available to make decisions about repairs, the rest does fall on the business. Upon move in, the house was filthy. Foul smelling standing water in the washing machine that was clearly from lack of maintenance of the machine. The dryer was inoperable due to the lint trap being so clogged that the ducts were backed up, large balls of burnt food in the oven, food waste and a chicken bone clogging the dishwasher, mold in the fridge and general dirt and grime throughout the home.
