Carolina Place Apartments

My experience with this apartment and team was truly amazing. The living conditions was amazing, family oriented, and welcoming for my family and I. From my experience, Erin and Jessica are great examples of professionalism and management, while ensuring everything and everyone felt like they were home. Maintenance issues was minimal but when I had issues like my garage door not opening , it was quickly resolved by the maintenance team(best in Jacksonville)! I recommend this apartment!

I had a great experience moving into this apartment complex. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and going out of their way to help whenever needed. The complex itself is great, well-maintained, and feels like a great place to call home. I really appreciate how responsive and supportive the team has been—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free move-in and a great living environment.

From the first time I stepped into the leasing office and ever sense, the management team was professional and attentive. I leased a 2br 2ba unit and I am extremely happy with its size, cleanliness and how well it has been maintained. I highly recommend Carolina place apartments; I think you will not regret it.

We lived at Carolina Place Apartments for a year and when I tell you when our lease was up, we could not get out of there fast enough is an understatement. Our apartment was across from the property manager we would constantly find ourselves being watched and taking pictures of. In the apartments brochure it says that there is a 20 Seat Media Center and community activities which there was neither of. They also claim that they have a state of the art fitness center, which looks nothing like the photos. The apartment was full of cockroaches, no matter how much we cleaned, and how much they sprayed. There is a noise order for past 10 PM and our apartment was facing the parking lot where people would reave up their cars, crank loud music and have arguments in the parking lot at all hours of t

Hello, My husband and I lived here for one year. We really enjoyed living here. Erin and management were super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the amenities such as the gym, the pool, and the grills. I always saw management out doing inspections and in general making sure the apartments are safe. I believe we lived in the Lincoln; the apartments not attached to the main 3 story apartments. My only complaint is that I wish there would have been more parking for when family or friends come. Also, be careful when driving around the complex. People drive REALLY fast through the apartment complex for no reason and drivers could hurt people who are walking or cause crashes.
