I had an excellent experience working with Carolina One Real Estate, and especially with my realtor, Charity Summers. From start to finish, Charity was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire home-buying process. She took the time to explain each step clearly, advocated for me when needed, and made sure no detail was overlooked. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Charity made it feel manageable and organized. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care truly set her apart. In my inquiry with realtor Charity Summers, about purchasing a home, I found her to be professional and most helpful in my questions about why now would be a good time to purchase home. She gave me insights on pricing, how interest rates have gone below 6%. She also mentioned some of the different programs that are available to assist with closing cost and down payments. I found all of this information to be extremely helpful. Mrs. Summers is a top notch realtor, she knows how to meet others where they are. Keep up the good work Carolina One!

I had an agent by the name of Danielle Hamric or one of her representatives place a flyer in my mailbox. No postage (illegal) and opening someone's mailbox for a residence that you do not live at if you are not a postal employee is also illegal. How do I know mail wasn't taken? How do I know a credit card bill with a credit card number wasn't removed? There are reasons Postal workers have background checks. I would never recommend Danielle or Carolina One and I have contacted the postmaster. It would have been fine to hang it on the mailbox by the flag, but to open a mailbox and place mail without postage inside of the box is two separate Federal Crimes.
