This company is disrespectful and does a poor job of managing the property. The building elevator hasn't worked in months and I am unable to get resolution on any of my issues. The trash set up is a joke and the building is leaking like a sieve. They don't return emails and treat me like a huge annoyance any time I interact with them. Worst experience with a property management company EVER.

I have worked with Carol and her team for three years now. They are a respected and honest property management group and will get things done the right way. This can not be said for other PM groups around Austin. If you are looking for an honest, professional property management company give Carol a call.

Ms. Wolf refuses to provide documents as required by Texas Property Code Chapter 82 as well as Association By Laws. She does not comply with the requirements under the Americans with Disability Act in the upkeep of buildings and only implemented the mandatory recycling as required by the city of Austin after threatened with a fine. She will NOT return phone calls of owners in a timely manner. I have served as a member on several BOD's of Condo Associations in the US and her agency is deplorable. If I could give less than a single star rating, I would.

My complaint with BBB was the only thing that provoked action on Carol Wolf's part to trees damaging our property. I was accused of lying on two occasions and was treated with absolute disrespect. We have requested repeatedly to be notified when work crews would be in our fenced back area, but were not notified. First crew trampled our plants for no apparent reason. Today's crew completely removed two trees left a huge mess and were discovered in our back yard without warning at 8:30 am. I suggest going straight to BBB if you are not getting the results you want, but try your best to monitor crews because they are destructive to property.

This company has been an absolute pain to deal with. In attempts to get various issues resolved, I have experienced accusatory, unhelpful tones when there was communication, and complete unresponsiveness, i.e. a literal failure to respond to various forms of communication for days on end from both the president and her employees, when there wasn't. Very unprofessional. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for any property management needs.
