I lived at Carnegie Mews for 2.5 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best residential buildings in the Columbus Circle and Mid-town area. I'm only leaving due to a job relocation, but would return in a heartbeat. Several friends and colleagues have also chosen to live here, which speaks volumes about the building's reputation. For the location and amenities offered, Carnegie Mews provides outstanding value - honestly possibly unmatched. The location is unbeatable - directly across from Central Park, with everything you need at your footsteps; (Whole Foods, Morton Williams, and a 24-hour bodega across the street); multiple subway lines (NQR, ACE, 1, F); Equinox and other gyms just blocks away; Hell’s Kitchen restaurants and bars;, 5th Ave .. just overall super central loca

I've lived in Carnegie Mews since 2019. The building is located in close proximity to nearly every subway line in the entire city, which makes it extremely easy to get around. Better yet, you are only a couple of hundred feet away from Central Park! The staff and management team are incredibly helpful and have always taken care of me as a tenant. If there were every any issues with my unit or questions that needed to be addressed, they were swift with a resolution. Big shout out to Vincent Wolfe at Rose Associates who has been a great resource throughout the years.

I was a resident of Carnegie Mews for 3 years before I had to move out due to work reasons. I absolutely loved my stay in the apartment. The apartments are quite spacious with great closets, and a good price as well. The location is unbeatable, with multiple lines within 5 minutes. And most importantly, the staff is amazing! Right from the leasing office to the door staff, the porters and the super; everyone is amazing, friendly and professional. I was very sad to leave , hopefully will come back in the future.

This building offers unmatched value, and I can't say enough good things about the tremendous staff and overall experience.

The Best Building & Leasing Experience in NYC Carnegie Mews isn’t just an apartment—it’s a true home in the heart of Manhattan. If I weren’t moving to Florida, I’d be staying without question, and if I ever move back to NYC, this will be the only place I consider.
