I’m sure I was a one off anomaly given the positive reviews. I’m glad everyone has had a good experience with Carmela, this was a great sign for me as I was looking for a new place but I unfortunately did not have the same experience as others. I was originally scheduled to view an apartment at 6 pm but was rescheduled several times which was fine because I understand things happen. I arrived on time to view the listing, and Carmela was late. Normally I wouldn’t have a problem but since it was the winter we were waiting for her in the cold. If the timing didn’t work I would’ve preferred her office reschedule the tour on a day that was less hectic for Carmela vs. trying to squeeze us in on a day that sounded like she was very busy. We ended up loving the apartment and submitted our document
