Love the staff was super helpful, friendly, throughout the process my apartment was updated I love it cozy one bedroom it’s so quiet and the people I have seen are friendly very secure I plan on staying for a very long time

Too expensive; in this place you pay for everything, including water, sewage, and trash. This is unlike other places that include these services in the rent. I lived in this place for two years, and the pest problem (cockroaches) persisted the entire time, even though I had the apartment fumigated every three months. The stove and dishwasher were extremely old.

I have lived at Carmel Appartments for about 3 years now. I love it here, the management is always on the ball with fixes and keeping things nice. I just wish the location was nicer. It’s pretty touch and go with the location and often times people use the pool and laundry room that don’t live here which tend to bring in some questionable people and kids lingering around the otherwise quiet apartment complex.

I lived at Carmel Apartments for a year and a half and I loved it there. I never had any problems it was always quiet where my apartment was. Angie and Cristal in the office were always nice and when things needed to get fixed it always gotten taken care of. When I first looked into apartments I was pretty picky so I got lucky living there. Never had a roach problem, or any insects issues. They keep the place really clean and maintained. The maintenance guys were are also nice and professional. The area is not the best but it is gated I never had problems or worries about my car being broken into. They have security that comes at night to make sure things are ok and people are parked where they are assigned. I would recommend living at the Carmel apartments. I never worried or afraid to li
