Hetty Choi from the Carmel Landing leasing office has been very attentive and responsive in all of our communication. She stays on top of every email, follows through, and makes sure questions get answered. I really appreciate her promptness, professionalism, and dedication to getting things resolved. She also made a slightly stressful situation much easier to handle with her calm, helpful approach. This also reflects the overall Carmel Landing team, who have been consistently helpful and attentive. It’s clear they care about their residents and work together to provide great support.

I have been living at Carmel Landing for three years and just had to have a service call for an unknown substance that had sprayed on our door and some drawers that were no longer functioning. Julie was sent out to help us with that and she was so quick thorough, warm and professional. David was a stud he diagnosed what was wrong super quickly and went and grabbed the parts he needed and just repaired them all super fast. I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided.

Carlos, Hetty, Francis, and Ana were very proactive in getting me the information I requested from the landscaping team. I originally flagged someone on the maintenance team, and then the office reached out to me a couple hours later. I appreciate the promptness of the team as I was concerned about a specific plant.

They treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding every step of the way. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and never gave up on me.
