Carmel Landing Apartment Homes

I’ve enjoyed living at Carmel Landing and recently renewed for another year. The area is super convenient and it’s easy to get anywhere you need to go. The office staff have been so kind and accommodating. The maintenance staff are quick to help with any issues. I like my neighbors as well, everyone is so nice! I would recommend living here if you’re looking for a new apartment around Carmel!

Easily the worst apartments I’ve stayed in. In the five months I lived here: - Moving in, there was no washer/dryer in the unit, though they were listed as provided - When they finally installed them, maintenance dropped the washer down the stairs because he failed to strap it to the dolly - 4 of the 7 doors in the apartment were broken when I moved in - The water heater leaks natural gas throughout the apartment and maintenance ignored the request to fix it - The 25 year old air conditioner couldn’t keep the apartment under 85 degrees when outdoor temps were above 90 - The pool and weight room were closed for most of the summer season - The gutters were clogged causing them to overflow onto my balcony and soaking everyt

I toured a fabulous 1 bedroom apartment. Lovely, new appliances, Jennifer, the manager is totally great in her role at Carmel Landing Apts. Jen took me on tour, worked the numbers. Very professional while creating a welcome home atmosphere. Love these apartments

Living in Carmel Landing is incredible. The apartments are amazing, and the service is great too. They do really nice activities for the community. Living here is very comfortable; you have everything close by

Overall, living at Carmel landing has been a massive headache. My unit has an unbelievable amount of problems, photos of which I will GLADLY provide along with this review. 1) all of the appliances are the cheapest and worst I’ve ever seen. The dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes, the fridge doesn’t close securely unless you tape it, it also opens the freezer door when you close the fridge door 2) the toilets are full to the top with water and barely have any flush power. Maintenance says they’re all like this. 3) I made a whole list of things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and a lot has not been addressed (I’m in my second year living here) due to understaffing. 4) they force you to pay for valet living trash service - check out the reviews on Google for Valet living.
