I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living at Carlyle Property Apartments has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Once your lease is signed, it’s money hunger people from there on out. Maintenance issues take forever to be addressed, if they’re handled they scrub something up and say it’s fixed and then you’re having the same issue in 10 days. For the amount of money tenants are expected to pay, the level of upkeep and management is unacceptable. It constantly feels like residents are just another number rather than people who deserve a safe and comfortable place to live. They are very cheaply built. Pet hair beware! I moved into a unit at The Ridge that had extensive pet hair and dander throughout the apartment — along carpet edges, baseboards, window sills, inside most cabinets, the bathtub, the utility closet, and even inside the microwave. There was also cat litter embedded in one bedroom carpet, to the point that it sounded like gravel when vacuuming. The condition required multiple cleaning visits, and I ultimately spent 10+ hours cleaning myself to make the unit livable — and I am still finding pet hair. I reached out to Carlyle as soon as I encountered the pet hair day of move-in, and they arranged for the carpet cleaner to come back out. The team at Carlyle Capital provided exceptional service, quickly answering any questions with detailed information I had regarding how they rent to their tenants, explaining deals and promotions they offer, and walking me through the online paperwork, which was very simple. Their proactive communication ensured I felt informed about the standards of my neighborhood. And their commitment to customer satisfaction made for an overall very positive experience!

Moving can be so stressful but I am grateful I was recommended to use Carlyle. Shannon and Emma provided such outstanding customer service and helped ease my anxieties. They were quick, understanding, and efficient. I’m so excited to get moved in and would recommend them to anyone I meet!

This place is a joke. It was great at first but we slowly started having problems that took months to fix. Sewage water line issues and after 4 times of our apartment flooding they finally decide to come out and fix it. A large miscommunication from the maintenance people to the office staff. Then we give them 30 days notice that we are leaving this greedy, money hungry company just to have to call 3 weeks after we move out to find out we are not getting our security deposit back. After all the headache with water issues that was their fault the least they could do is refund the deposit. Our apartment was kept in immaculate shape the 16 months we rented it. After continually raising the rent rate, no surprise they would keep this deposit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
