Universal at Thompson Creek

We have lived here for more than a year now and love it! All of the staff are very kind and easy to approach. Although it is rare for us to have any concerns, if we do, Tara is quick to respond and always helpful! It is a very quiet and clean environment with acees 24/7 to a gym and access to a pool in the summer, which is always kept clean. We were a little timid to living in an apartment before we moved here and now we don't want to leave. Truly a wonderful place to live!

The staff at the Universal at Thompson Creek apartment complex is phenomenal. They do everything they can to accommodate their tenant’s needs. Tara cares to keep the residents comfortable and heard. The maintenance staff does a fantastic job at keeping everything operating smoothly! Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a nice apartment!

My wife and I lived her for a little over 2 years before we bought a house. The management team and maintenance team here are very professional and on top of things. It’s very quiet and clean all the time. 10/10 recommend this to anyone needing somewhere to live!

All staff are fantastic. Maintenance, office…everyone. Kind, courteous, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Very clean community. Very quiet and respectful neighbors, for the most part.
