Carlyle Place

The apartments are peaceful and well-maintained. We truly enjoy living here. The maintenance team is prompt and attentive, and the property management is excellent.

Wonderful neighborhood, staff, and apartments! I’ve only lived here a year but Carlyle’s staff made the process of coming from a different city such an ease! Melanie was so kind and sweet and helped us out in the beginning a LOT. Emily is an amazing and kind manager as well, who is always available and happy to help. Now at the end of our lease and sadly we are moving states or I would be renewing again with Carlyle! Neighbors have also been super kind and the scenery around the place is unlike any other place I’ve lived. Beautiful trees, landscaping, the works. Truly makes me smile every time I’m coming home :)!

👋 Everyone, just reaching out to say I really like living here. The Leasing ladies I have met are very friendly and so is the maintenance people. I have been living in several apartments own by Parr Management for 10 years now. 8 years here at Carlyle Place. The neighborhood is a good place to live, and the apartments are nice to live in too. I would recommend this place to anyone that like living comfortable, in a well kept up place.

Lived here for almost 2 years and I loved it ! If you’re looking for a hidden quiet place close to everything then I say move here ! The office staff are amazing and they are on top of maintenance. Very peaceful place to call home . I bought a house or I will still be there .Melanie hopefully I spelled it correct and Albert are wonderful people to work with !

Carlyle Place was my very first apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody!! Mrs. Elyse (spell check) is the very best!! She always listened to problems (I didn’t have many) and she understands that sometimes things happen and she will work with you!! Maintenance was very responsive!! I love that when they enter your apartment to fix something, they leave a note telling you what was fixed and basically letting you know they’ve been there. Whenever I needed anything since they were always there not the same day then the next day you got it!! It’s a very quiet place all you hear is the highway if that, and at times that could be relaxing. Also I lost my keys one night and 24 hour maintenance was able to quickly respond and get me in there with a small fee. Overall if I co
