Great apartment, great location. Tile floor and backsplash throughout. Quiet spot.

I've lived here almost 6 years now and there are many tenants that have lived here longer than me. It's definitely not your typical East Riverside apartment complex. It's quiet, well maintained, and not owned by corporate scumbags.

RENTERS BEWARE! The apartment manager Clinton is a very weird and unprofessional individual. I attempted to rent a unit from him and asked him if i would be able to have an alternate parking spot because the one i would be receiving is under a large tree and I did not want my car to be damaged. He proceeded to call me screaming and throwing a tantrum on the phone. He then started screaming obscenities at me. I would have loved to rent an apartment here however I can only imagine how the management would handle any real issues in the apartments.
