I am very disappointed in the way this company manages Glennwood Apartments in Burlington NC. Most recently, absolutely no response to ice/snow removal! The last two storms made a complete mess of the place and they have made Zero effort after the latest storm. They only clean laundry room once a week. Trash is constantly overflowing at the dumpsters. Zero upkeep on the outside of the units, rotten wood boards and will not fix outdoor lights. Trees are completely overgrown. No backup supplies, everything has to have 3 estimates and then they pay vendors extremely slow, if at all... Heard from 3 of the offended vendors. The area manager, female, is one of the most hate filled people I've ever met.... I would steer clear of any of their properties! We undergo new management later this week,

I live at one their properties located in Greensboro NC and I've been living at their property for 8 years and I've NEVER been LATE paying my rent until they hired a person that apparently was clueless as to how to run an apartment complex, when it was time to renew my lease she and I verbally discussed the dollar amount of my lease and she screwed it up and now she's gone and they have had 3 to 4 other folk to come and try to clean up her mess and now I get a past due balance which I've NEVER had mind you and when I discussed the balance with the previous property managers all I get is I'll check into it and NO ONE ever contacts me to discuss this matter and no one EVER answers the phone nor do they respond to emails and now I'm hit with a 30 Day Vacate notice. October 30th, 2025; WAITING FOR A REFUND! Was a good place to live for the cost. Was. New management company (Carlisle) is poorly run. I was charged a full month’s rent when I only lived there for 10 days (my wife and I moved to another complex.). These things happen. What should not happen is my having to pester and badger the officer staff for money I am owed. I have been by at least 10 times since mid August. And the phone number on their website seems to be incorrect. I am feeling lucky that I don’t live there anymore.

Great management company! The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about both residents and property performance. Communication is clear, and they handle everything efficiently. Highly recommend

CONTRACTORS beware!! Won't pay their bills!! I'm an HVAC contractor. They contacted me back during the summer for repairs & a system replacement. I was given confirmation to proceed with both. Now, all I'm getting is the run around. The apt complex no longer has anyone on site to answer the phone. Have left 6 or more messages with Carlisle with NO response all. They continue to just blatantly ignore me.
