Caretta Senior Living - Holmen

Absolutely the best facility and staff! My mother has been here on the memory care side since April. After a medical emergency, she had to leave her home of 60 years. She did not want this at all! Caretta has changed our lives! She loves EVERY thing here, and so does our family! The food, the staff, the activities, and even the maintenance guy Jeff are all top notch!! I see the way they care for her and I know this was the best choice for her. She even tells me how much she likes it here and that this is where she needs to be. I can finally sleep at night knowing she is getting THE BEST care. Caretta....I cannot thank you enough and I am beyond grateful for all that you do!!

I have been at the memory care center three times in the past year & a half to visit with two classmates from early 1960's Trempealeau. The staff have always been welcoming and courteous to me. It is obvious that they care deeply for the residents.

We love Caretta! We have jointly been working with Caretta for over a year with their residents doing one on one services as requested by the family. Seeing how the staff interact with the clients and the care they take with their clients is amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the employees are so helpful! I'm a Corporate Guardian for two of the people who reside in the memory care portion of this facility. I travel a lot and visit clients who reside in retirement homes, senior living centers, and many other special care facilities for elderly adults. Caretta takes the lead in this type of facility. The staff are always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful regardless of the situation. They call all of their residents by their first names and are never too busy to listen to the residents or bring them a special invitation to participate in a special activity. I would give this place 10/10. If one of my family members needed a facility like this, I could guarantee you this place would be where I would place them. This building offers a warm, welcoming environment with caring and attentive staff. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and are well cared for both physically and emotionally. The staff members are highly professional creating a safe and supportive atmosphere. Family members appreciate the open communication and personalized care provided to each resident.
