Being a home "owner" for 30 years, when I sold my home my intention was to rent briefly and find a new home to purchase. I moved into this Brott Property rental. Nearly 3 years later I am yet here. The physical property is outstanding. Lawns are meticulously kept. Walks and driveways promptly cleared of winter snow. Any maintenance needed over the last 3 years has been done promptly and thoroughly. The personal service of management is excellent. Good communication. "No stress" renting.

Been renting from Brott for 2.5 yrs and, personally, have had a really great experience. The properties are well-maintained and clean. The staff is exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone in the LaCrosse area.
