Completely Unacceptable Management & Communication This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. I have been begging Cardinal Management for MONTHS for a gate sticker so I can reliably access my own home. I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails, followed up repeatedly, and was continuously told someone would “follow up” and “keep me posted.” That follow-up never happened. I have contacted Leslie Fazio, Tonya Marano, and Joan Manaois. Today was the final straw. I am standing outside my own gated community, the gate is not working, and even the gate code doesn’t work. I cannot get in. After months of excuses, delays, and zero resolution, I’m now physically locked out of my own property. There has been: • No proactive communicat

wow......just finding this out! Our "new" CAM, over a year who replaced George, purposely left our gates CLOSED inconveniencing a Community, leaving us only a side entrance to a side street! I know for a fact that they can be locked opened, as the previous Property Manager did routinely. Unfortunately he was removed/left after being here for over 6-7 years. Cardinal Management in Naples replaced him. This Development is changing quickly, not for the better. So this Property Manager chose to inconvenience every resident because she would have to explain her poor decision making

As a mortgage lender in the community, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Cardinal Management Group a few times, and each experience has been smooth and efficient. Marc Reyes in particular has been incredibly responsive. He doesn’t leave you waiting and always follows through quickly. It’s clear he values great service, which makes all the difference on our end.

My interaction with Mr. Reyes has been nothing short of excellent. He is attentive, supportive and genuinely interested in assisting his customers. We are very fortunate to have him as our consultant, Keep up the outstanding work!!

Lisa has done an outstanding job managing the Juliana community at Naples lakes CC since she has been promoted to managing our community. She is conscientious, reliable, detailed oriented and has taken us to the next level. With Marc on her team, they work in tandem and keep the board on task and informed.
